Purpose-built for all FORMART vacuum forming machines, this high-performance auxiliary bed is essential when working with flexible or soft plastic sheets like Polypropylene (PP) and Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE).
Standard vacuum forming beds feature concentrated suction points that can draw flexible sheets too deeply into the base holes under full pressure. This concentrated force leads to thinning, pinholes, or complete sheet breakage.
The microporous structure acts as a pressure equalizer. By distributing the vacuum draw evenly across the entire surface, it eliminates severe pressure points, allowing flexible plastics to stretch smoothly over your molds without splitting.
